The Residency

The Bluecoat residency will include:

o Up to three months residency in one of the Bluecoat’s studios (starting early 2009)

o The opportunity to work closely with the Bluecoat team to realise ideas, which might include producing a small publication, developing contextual events and inputting into the participation and talks programme

o At least one Open Studio, one Artist Talk, and other opportunities to showcase the residency and your work

o The opportunity to use other facilities in discussion with the Bluecoat, including the etching studio, fully equipped and accessible performance space and rehearsal rooms or AV equipment

o Professional development support from the Bluecoat, Tate Liverpool and Shape

o Advice and consultancy from Tate Liverpool curators
